I’ve never built a website. Can you still help?
That’s exactly who we built GetSetup for. You don’t need to learn websites or Instagram — we do that part. We set it up, explain it in plain English, and hand you the keys.
I don’t even know what Instagram is for businesses.
Think of it as a free window display people carry in their pocket. Customers see photos of your work, your hours, and how to reach you. A business page is just like a personal one, with extras like a Call button. We set it up and can run it for you.
What’s a bio?
The short blurb under your name on a social page — 3 or 4 lines saying what you do, where, when, and what to do next. Example: “🔧 Honest repairs since 1998 · Brakes, oil, check-engine lights · Mon–Fri 8–6 · Call to book.” We write it for you.
What’s a handle?
Your @name on a social app, like @smokeyjoesbbq. It’s how customers find and tag you. We grab one that matches your business name and website.
What do you need from me?
Your phone number, your hours, 3–5 photos (phone pictures are fine), what you sell, and where you are. That’s the whole homework list. If you can text a photo, you can do this.
What exactly do I get?
A website for your business (domain, pages, contact form), your social pages set up with profile picture, cover photo, bio and first posts — and, on monthly plans, us posting for you every month.
What do the plans cost?
Starter $497 one-time. Launch $997 one-time (most popular). Launch + Manage $997 setup + $297/month. Shop $1,997 setup + $397/month for selling products online.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and website are in your control. We build it and hand you the keys. No hostage hosting.
Who runs the social accounts?
The accounts are yours. On a monthly plan, we handle the posting. If you ever cancel, you keep the accounts and everything on them.
How long does setup take?
Usually about a week once we have your info. A Coming Soon page can go up in a day.
Do I need a logo already?
Nope. Send what you’ve got — even a photo of your sign — and we’ll clean it up for web and social use.
Is there a contract?
No long contracts. Setup is a one-time fee and the monthly plan can be canceled anytime.
Can you build an online store so I can sell my products?
Yes — that’s the Shop plan ($1,997 + $397/mo). Tell us what you sell and we’ll get you listed.
What does hosting cost?
For most small sites the hosting itself is free or close to it; your main ongoing cost is your domain renewal (~$12–$55/year).
Which social platforms do you do?
Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) are the usual. Ask if you want something else.
I already have a website. Can you just do my socials?
Yes. We can set up or refresh your socials and run them monthly — no new website required.
